Trials
When checkout offers a free trial, you can use the paid plan during the stated trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to the paid monthly or annual plan shown at checkout.
Canceling a subscription
You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal available from LockedIn. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout, you retain access through the end of the current paid billing period.
Refund requests
If LockedIn does not work as described or you made an accidental purchase, contact hello@lockedin.now within 14 days of the charge. Include the email address used at checkout and your Paddle transaction or invoice number. We review requests promptly and may ask for information needed to diagnose a technical issue.
Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary. This policy does not limit refund or withdrawal rights that apply under local consumer law.
Renewals and partial periods
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable after a billing period has begun, except where required by law or where we approve a request because of a service problem or exceptional circumstance. We do not normally provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods.
Lifetime purchases
Lifetime purchases follow the same 14-day request window. A lifetime purchase provides access to the then-current LockedIn Pro product for as long as we continue to offer and support it; it is not a recurring subscription.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue. This does not affect your legal rights or your ability to contact your payment provider.
